Asset Finance is used by a business to purchase an asset.  This can be a ‘hard’ asset (such as machinery, vehicles and plant etc), or a ‘soft’ asset (computers, racking, scaffolding etc).  Lenders differ in appetite, rates and the assets that they will and won’t fund.

 Asset Refinance is where a business refinances it’s existing plant and machinery to release cash (tied up in equity in the business assets) into the business, often for working capital purposes.
